What are the best aspects of this product?
My Pre-K enjoys using School Dude because it makes work incredibly easy: we organize requests and maintenance directions for our personnel, appoint people and activities for the cleaning of specific rooms, and we've expereinced some realtime 'musclepower' by their support team. The requests are visible for every evemployee, and the best part is that they have enough time to fill them in. The overall result is that job is done quickly, and everybody is satisifed because he/she doesn't perform tasks out of the scope of their work. This shows that we use School Dude for maintenance, but I've seen it respond marvelously to technical needs too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I find the log-ins a bit confusing, but I think that our school has the fault for that. As usual, network outages, and changing passwords and remembering the new ones is somehow eshausting. I would like to see technology requests included, but again, I think it is the school that needs to deal with similar questions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
All of the members of our staff (teacher, maintenance personnel, directors) communicate efficiently, and I think that's the biggest advantage of this system. When there are no misunderstandings, job is done efficiently and on time.
