What are the best aspects of this product?
SchoolDude is the definition of speed and efficiency! There are so many options one could get lost in it, and it is perfect for storing tickets instead of making you submit them over and over again. There are clear and detailed lists of hardware and software, which helps us find the one that needs to be fixed in no time. I didn't expect this from a school management system, but it was a very pleasant surprise. I almost forgot: being able to print the tickets on spot is just adorable, now no one can get away with the excuse that they didn't receive them!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The website itself is fantastic, but there is a problem with individual respoding to requests. It think this one is too slow, and if the computer happens to go down, you need to re-enter the request from another one (and hope that the one you've been entering won't be sent as a scam request). Storage is a great option, but only if you're 100% sure it is safe, and I'm not.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Back at the school,we've mastered repairs and fixing irregularities efficiently and on time. We try to answer immediately, depending on the number of colleagues that are available at that point of time. I like the fact that we are helping teachers use computers all the time, that's the future of education.
