What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how user-friendly it is. I'm able to roll it out swiftly. This is a time saver for our maintenance program in gathering requests in an organized manner. It lets users determine request priority.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Certain fields appear a little clunky. I feel it could be how we're able to set the form up. We have a big campus that requires such service.

We get to streamline the requesting work process/maintenance. We can now do this in varying campus areas. The process can then be consolidated in a single space on a software. It's a better option than sending people a ton of emails.
