Happy with Schoox

What are the best aspects of this product?

We're really happy with Schoox, from their support team, to their user-friendly, all-in-one software. It's well-designed, and it allows us to customize our curriculums with helpful suggestions for each role and even has a field dedicated for performance reviews.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've asked to add an option to see where each of us are in the org chart, plus adding an option to un-assign trainings per team. I'm pleased to note that their support team is working on these suggestions as I write this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Schoox is so cost-efficient, that we've been able to realocate funds saved into additional content for training. We're also able to manage the development of each of our staff from one platform: from ongoing tranings to reporting, performance reviews, and a dedicated space for learning materials.
