What are the best aspects of this product?

I like it because it allows me to keep track of employee activity without the need to invade their privacy. It's easier to get things done when they know that someone is watching them from behind.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I need to learn the right timing to take screenshots because if not then expect the photos to be blurred and useless.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Easy to track accurate work hours especially if the employee is working from home.
