Amazing Value for the Cost

What are the best aspects of this product?

You get an incredible amount of tools for a very reasonable cost. All the obvious search ranking data is there, plus site audits, competitor tracking, a huge database of backlinks, social media tracking and a ton more. It's really easy to jump between projects/websites, connect third-party services like Google Analytics & Search Console, build custom reports, etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I honestly haven't found anything that I've wanted to do that isn't included. I'm not a power user though, so I'm sure there are some things that could be improved upon, but for what I use it for, it's all there.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I primarily use it to see how certain articles/pages on my website are doing in organic search, and to measure popularity of keywords so that I know where to focus my writing efforts.
