What are the best aspects of this product?
Reporting, accuracy, rank tracking, backlink monitoring, competitor analysis, website audits, keyword research, ppc research, organic research, Facebook & Twitter profile reach, Online Marketing plan guidance...essentially this tool can do just about everything that you need to be an SEO expert and the value for the cost is perfect for smaller SEO's who want to play with the big guys. This tool is also quickly morphing into a must-have marketing tool as they start to offer more products and functionality.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I've been using SeRanking for about a year now and in the past 6mos, they've made some drastic improvements on their software including multi-country tracking, backlink monitoring, social media/marketing planning, the messaging on their site and they've modified their business model making more of their tools free to use and the list goes on.
I'd say that their reporting function could use some improvement because it's not very customizable nor are there any premade templates, which would speed up the process much faster. Another functionality which I hope that they improve upon is integrating more social media features as well as improving some of their messaging/making their descriptions a bit clearer. They've been working on this and I've seen an dramatic improvement already so these aren't huge issues in my book.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I'd love to see some content creation tools to help you create SEO optimized content, a competitor keyword & backlink gap analysis feature, keyword suggestions for a site like the google keywords explorer has and some content research tools.
