PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's simple to use and is decent in terms of accuracy. Typically, when I end up to prospect a 150 or so in a list, around 130 would contain an e-mail for me to make use of. Their support team is good and willing to go far and beyond to resolve any issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A fee is charged for a contact even if they're not 50% sure (which doesn't happen all the time). There have been cases where when I make an e-mail address validation, I end up finding one that's not valid.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was able to reach out to my contacts. I realized this can be beneficial (as long as your LinkedIn circle reamins big enough).
