What are the best aspects of this product?

The dashboard is lovable, to say at least, which doesn't come as a surprise because it is very simple. It feels like having your entire marketing search strategy at your sight, and you can have a glimpse on starting and ending points, prioritized tasks, and potential outcomes. It is very user-friendly, and I like the reports it can pull off.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is an amazing product, and there is nothing one could dislike about it. I only have a sincere recommendation for the to change the name, since this one is very difficult to remember even for users who are about to recommend it to somebody. Otherwise, there is nothing to criticize about it, it is just perfect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use it for all necessary estimations related to my website, as for instance web visibility, growth, SEO ranking and opportunities, and the information I obtain is pricesless. Thanks to SEMrush's service, my website is now at the fifth position on Google's first search page, and it appears on the second one too. I couldn't even dream about this before I discovered SEMrush!
