Great solution for tracking my followers

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like it because it allows me to track keywords VS competitors in particular areas of the country. I like that I can see how things are going in other cities without wasting time for wordly or regional view. I use it on a daily basis to do keyword and competitor research.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have experienced that their “tracking” doesn’t match with current situations but on the other side, it provides good perspective.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to track the performance of our contents and to present the changes and performances to my managers so they can make better decisions in the future.
