What are the best aspects of this product?

Thanks to its intuitive and simple UI there is no training needed, but you can always watch their webinars or read blog posts on how to use this tool and to expand your knowledge. I like that it provides competitive positioning map and analysis like keywords, ads and so on.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t believe that the data is accurate, it seems like it is out-dated and this is because there is no integration with AdWords, so for this reason they can include integration with Google Analytics so we can get better and accurate data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us for SEO optimization, competitor analysis and online cometition tracking. Also, it is great for SEO optimization.
