Excellent for e-commerce

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it's user-friendly and so easy to understand how it works. Even then they have great customer support that is always ready to assist for any help you may need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great to have more details on the manual so it can be much easier to navigate through.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being able to send marketing and transactional emails as part of our multiple-email plan for our customers.
