What are the best aspects of this product?

I've already handled numerous social management platforms. Sendible took me by surprise as it's very competitive with their rich offerings. When it comes to reporting, a majority of social media software are complex or incomplete. But Sendible is really easy to use. Their upper level plans are really affordable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Several things to point out. Sendible is not always perfect since it's suffering from bugs. Their support system isn't a clear-cut favorite. Their admin and user functionality are never user-friendly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

On the positive side, Sendible makes it very easy to to manage social media for my clients. The process is quick and efficient. E-mail alerts and social media monitoring have proven to be invaluable. Their content library makes it easy to house and utlize content pieces.
