What are the best aspects of this product?

Sendible helps our clients, and us as a business, better manage the work in developing and maintaining a robust social media strategy via this software. It has made social media management less of a chore, and a lot of fun. The suggestions and keyword tools also help us discover and develop new content to post to our social channels as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There really isn't much to dislike here. The one challenge that we have is with Instagram, but that's less a Sendible issue, and more on Instagram's lack of API capabilities. Sendbile has been a bit more capable than other social media management platforms out there.
