What are the best aspects of this product?

The Sendible support team has been very helpful and professional in addressing our software questions or concerns about the service. They are eager to resolve any issue on the same day. I also appreciate that the requests we made for features have been forwarded to developers and have been implemented as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

With Sendible 360 still being in Beta, many of the instructional videos on YouTube are outdated, which makes training a little more difficult. There are so many features in the software that require training. More training resources would be great.
