PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Sendible's support team has been nothing but excellent. If we needed to know anything about the tools' features or have inquiries, they do their best to resolve the issue within a day. A number of requests have been sent and their developers have worked hard to implement them. Sendible does a good job looking after their own customers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

While Sendible 360 is in the middle of its Beta stage, a majority of their self-help videos are bit old, which makes it a bit of a challenge in training a team. There are a plethora of Sendible features that's critical for buy-in and adoption for our current team. It would be a plus if there are more training sources available.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our agency is capable of handling close to 400 social media channels via Sendible. The tool gave us the ability to streamline our social media channel postings. Hence, it gave us plenty of time to engage and foster actual relationships with out target audience.
