What are the best aspects of this product?
Lot of social media tools cost thousands of dollars, but Sendible has affordable price and offers great set of features and does everything when it comes to social media monitoring and scheduling. I’m using it for scheduling and as a customer service tool for assigning social media posts to customer service. I like the “recurring post” option because it is great for scheduling post on the go for multiple times without re-scheduling multiple times. We can easily create custom reports that are auto-generated.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes can be buggy on Google Chrome.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps me to schedule posts for all social media networks and it offers RSS feed integration so we can pull posts from the site or other sites and auto-post them on our social channels. It saves us lot of time when it comes to scheduling and we can be more focused on other important projects.
