What are the best aspects of this product?

It has the ability to handle a number of social media platform simultaneously. Even better? It handles it one place for multiple clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Just recently, the cost of Sendible have put us off a bit. While it's an excellent app in dealing with clients, we decided to shift to Hootsuite in the meantime since it's more affordable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're doing content pre-uploads to ensure consistency on all social media platforms. This allows for easier setting of content in bulk and putting out content in a timely fashion. We also utilize it to re-post recurringly for our marketing-based messages.
