What are the best aspects of this product?
You get to be told random excuses when they don’t like what you’re sending to your customers!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some better communication be be amazing!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
If they would’ve just told us if there was actually something we were doing wrong and not making up excuses, we probably would’ve been able to continue to work with them. Instead they gave us three very different excuses why they didn’t want us sending our email and ended the support there.
