What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the things that I like about the company that created SendX is its CSR team. They never fail to amaze me with the amount of dedication and support they put into their clients. There hasn’t been a time that they left us hanging in the middle of a problem. They make sure that everything is okay on our end before ending the call. That is why I’m never replacing SendX with another product because they always help me exceed my goals by ensuring that all of my B2B campaigns are running smoothly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing major in particular. But I am looking forward to a better version of the program; seamless integrations with more apps.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Running multiple business campaigns is now made easy and possible through SendX. Also, the reports are beneficial because they give me visibility on the number of people taking their time to read our emails and even respond to us. Through email campaigns, we were able to gain more clients annually, which doubles our revenue at the same time. For the past years, SendX has remained consistent and a significant business partner.
