What are the best aspects of this product?

I do not know about creating emails that would pique my client's interest. No wonder most of them are not even seen or auto-deleted from their inbox. With SendX, you can be sure that your emails will no longer be ignored by teaching you how to compose better content. I would also like to commend their customer service team for always being present to help us fix things right away.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It allows me to pull up reports and customize them according to my liking. However, I think there is still room for more enhancements that can improve the product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I rely on this platform to help me send bulk promotional emails to all my clients. I’ve been getting more attention than before since I shifted to SendX.
