What are the best aspects of this product?

Page-by-page and second-by-second reporting on content engagement. SendYourMedia makes it easy to see what content is being engaged with, for how long, and also which content wasn't touched. This is particularly useful for sales emails and portfolio reviews, as it helps to be much better prepared for the next interaction. I know exactly what to touch on on my next call or followup because of SendYourMedia.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface feels a little dated, but I wouldn't say that's a problem. The functionality still works great.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would love to see some additional integrations with common sales tools, and more automation based off of the engagement of the content.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

One of the big questions I've had is: how well does my sales content really do for my pitches? Sending my content through SendYourMedia gives me awesome insights into which pieces are engaged with the most, and how long my prospects have interacted with that content. Because of this knowledge, I know exactly what to follow up with on my next call, and I know which topics/ideas not to touch on, or that's not as important for my prospect.
