It was okay when it was functioning, not the best monitoring software that we've used though.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's buggy and requires constant reinstalls. The functionality was relatively basic. The customer support is non-existent. It was fine while it was working but too over priced for what you get.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The need not to have to reinstall periodically, it's very time consuming!

Ensure there was no data breaches.
