What are the best aspects of this product?
There are three things I like about this tool: the access it gives me to dashboards, how I can look at more than one account, as well as how easy it is to use. I didn't have to deal with a steep learning curve so I could start using the tool immediately.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I do wish it had support for Bing. They could also spruce up the user interface since it looks outdated.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Thanks to this tool, we've been able to properly communicate with our clients how their ranking has improved over time, thanks to our efforts. It has resulted in more satisfied customers.
