Its reporting functionality is useful for data analysis. Its system opertions and bundled featurs are easy to understand and simple to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Every system has its flaws. I hate bugs that trigger the system to suddenly pause and end up becoming inactive. This doesn't happen a lot. But when it does, it makes it a bit tough to push through with operations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Unfortunately, theproblems in our business doesn't pertain to the system's effectiveness. But still, with improvements, this tool can take things further.
