What I favour with Sertifi is its easy of use. It takes mere seconds to send documents for signing in an efficient yet secure manner.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I always have to resort to sending policies about to be signed to new hires. This involves sending the same message over and over again explaining the signing process. I just wish there's a template available to make the entire process efficient.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our organization is able to send contracts to new clients and new employees. At the same time, we're able to send out company policies, which can all be signed digitally. I love the fact that the entire process is paper-free.
