What are the best aspects of this product?
The best aspect this tool has its e-signature features. As brokers, this gives us an efficient and rapid response from the carrier. It also helps us make use of our time wisely in tracking signed rate confirmations via PDF or fax.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't favor the "carrier can update" section. Carriers have a tendency to lie about their "in" and "out" times for detention reasons, and tha can be confusing for the long term.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
As previously mentioned, this system saved us plenty of time. We're no longer worrying about tracking signed rate confirmationsince they can be sent to our e-mail with a few button clicks.
