I’ve had a great experience with Sertify.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how I can keep in touch with my Sertify rep whenever I need help with something. If I feel like I need to troubleshoot something, he's there to give me a helping hand. At times, he would even do the work for me!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I ran into several small glitches within the system although they're still in the middle of being worked out. Some of them were already resolved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Processes involved in a business includes getting paperwork signed for our new employees. Turnaround time is critical and Sertify assists expiditing signature as well as the required information.
