What are the best aspects of this product?
Sertifi does a tremendous job for me. It saves me time, paper, and postage. If it's convenient for me, then more so with my customers.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There have been so many instances where e-mails keep going back and forth like: one for them to receive it then another one for them to sign in and then another one that gives me a reminder to sign it. Then another one that talks about the process of signing... Too many e-mails going on.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I've had so many problems in the past in dealing with tasks and customers. But with Sertifi, that all changed. Now I can go paperless and save up on time and postage. It's also convenient for my customers.
