Sertifi is something that my customers absolutely love!

What are the best aspects of this product?

E-signatures lets users of Aljex Software to make their workflow a lot faster. With an integrated solution within TMS, brokers making use of Aljex have a simpler and quicker solution for paperwork signing and getting them uploaded to our software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm only limited to input a maximum of 40 characters here. The sad thing about all this is that I have nothing bad to say about Sertifi.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Sertifi, the turnaround time for having the documents signed have tremendously decreased. The recipient doesn't have to go through a learning curve. It's so simple to use.
