This tool is super easy to use and it makes everything so easy!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how the simplicity of this tool. I can easily fill out a digital agreement and have it send to a potential client while dealing with them on the phone in as little as a couple minutes. I love how I can quickly make edits to an agreement even after sending it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I just wish it's straightforwad to open a document on their mobile device and have it filled out just the way it would be on a desktop PC. My clients are own small businesses who are constantly on the move and rarely spend time in fron of their PC.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Sertifi saves me a lot of time. I rarely have time to worry about whether a potential client owns a scanner/printer/fax machien. They simply sign the digital agreement and immediately have a copy sent to them for recordkeeping.
