What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how clear-cut the visual presentation of data is. It's intuitive enough that you can easily understand the information that's being shown on the screen, such as where SaaS spending goes, SaaS subscription insights, and the value your company is getting for the software you're subscribed to.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
My only complaint about this software is the interface. It's too simplistic to the point that you won't immediately find a way to show more in-depth details. The icons aren't that intuitive either so looking for a particular function while you are not yet well-versed with the software can take a long time; good thing there are hover tooltips to assist. All in all, these are just minor inconveniences.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
ServiceNow is a great tool to analyze SaaS spending without going back and forth between loading data sources and running the analytics.
