PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how easy it is to use because of its intuitive UI. The ability to add custom fields are also very useful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I actually have nothing wrong to say against the product or the vendors. The product is good and has been undergoing many innovations that I am proud to have been a part of because I was invited to be a beta customer. The developers are also listening to the suggestions and opinions of their users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use the product to automatically track renewals, which I used to do on the spreadsheet. We also use it to monitor my software and hardware renewal contracts as well as see which products we can let go of because we're not using them anymore. This results in being spared from expenses that I don't need to pay.
