ServiceNow is the best asset management tool that we've ever used. It's perfect for our company.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At first, it wasn't very clear to us because of the amount of data and technical stuff to swallow. But after getting the hang of it, we're awed at how powerful this software is.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this to monitor pretty much everything so it saves me a lot of time to focus more on my core tasks, thus improving my productivity even further.
