What are the best aspects of this product?

Setmore has an intuitive interface that makes the booking process much easier and more fun. Its menu options and settings are properly placed and come with clear instructions. The tool also lets us create a hosted scheduling page that is easy to understand —no technical background required. What’s more exciting is we can also integrate the calendar into our website to make things much easier for our clients and us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have everything I need on this tool, but it would be nice if they will adjust the entire design to match our unique needs or a particular event. The pricing models seem okay, but its premium version looks a bit expensive compared to other tools of its kind.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using this tool for different types of booking purposes. Clients can pick their own schedules and cancel it whenever needed. Setmore takes all the hard work of scheduling appointments and even provides a real-time update on schedulers. It eliminates the need to focus on administrative tasks while helping me easily gather and compile clients’ contact data that I can later save on spreadsheets and export into business apps we use.
