What are the best aspects of this product?

Setmore is easy to setup. It is also easy to use and can be integrated with your website. All you have to do is to sign in, and from there, you will learn what to do next through labels and menu options provided. The fact that it’s hosted on an external server makes the scheduling much easier and more convenient. It has a feature that allows adding new appointment dates. It even provides alerts whenever I receive new appointment updates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You have to be more innovative enough when making a considerable amount of modifications. Making massive changes can be a daunting task. Also, I think its price can be a bit expensive compared to other software of its kind.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Setmore is easy to use, and it helped me create easily automated appointment scheduling to be integrated on our site. It eliminates the need for extensive programming to create automated appointment schedules. Getting more appointments without spending more time engaging with contacts is easy-peasy as well.
