What are the best aspects of this product?

Setmore is a very nice system for booking appointments. The integration with Infusionsoft is helpful in automatically importing client contacts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The free version has issues with Infusionsoft integration. Although it allows importing contacts to Infusionsoft, the contacts are blocked from receiving welcome emails.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The ability to set a link to redirect clients to our website allows them to view our calendar. From there, they can see what dates are occupied and not and set their appointments quickly.
