What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the experience of using this tool. It comes with a clean and intuitive design. The menu options and layout are easy to navigate. It is never difficult to schedule an appointment with the tool. Also, I like that I can connect Setmore with my calendar apps on my devices. What I like most about this software is that it allows me to accept client payments through credit cards.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In my case, I couldn’t think of anything to say to dislike this tool. However, my main concern will be for users who have little to no technical background or have issues with an internet connection. This software can be a bit tricky for them. Also, there’s a chance that you may send out ads messages to people who don’t want to do business with you. Remember, you won’t be making transactions through phone calls, but online.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using this software to schedule appointments online. It saves us lots of time while reducing administrative responsibilities for booking appointments on my part. Workflow also becomes smoother with the ability to connect to my calendar and other business apps. And since more and more people are making online transactions nowadays, there’s a bigger chance to get more potential and sure clients.
