What are the best aspects of this product?

Setmore allows us to get more bookings and prevent the possibility of double-scheduling. This is made possible because the tool allows us to create a private calendar and provide access to the ones setting appointments. Setmore also enables us to offer clients the options to choose a service or provider. Lastly, the tool allows us to add some information in their scheduling script, which is good to avoid conflicts or other problems.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing that I dislike about this tool is that it doesn’t provide notifications when two clients have the same appointment time-slot on their cart. After setting one's appointment and taking the time-slot, I then found out that the other client wants to take that time-slot too, which I earlier claimed available for him/her.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Setmore helps us manage our calendars and the number of clients we can handle. It allows attaching a picture on the calendar to indicate that the time-slot is taken, which eliminates the possibility of booking conflicts.
