What are the best aspects of this product?

Setmore is such a versatile tool for booking appointments. It eliminates all the hard tasks that come with booking appointments as everything is done online, and clients will be the ones who will schedule their appointments for themselves. It also comes with a high level of security. Administrators can create passwords and allow only those who have access to the tool. I also appreciate the blind guest scheduling functionality, where it shows only the available times and dates in the calendar.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that confirmed appointments of clients can’t be canceled straight away when they have to move their schedules or made errors on the process. You have to inform the office first to cancel the booked date. I wish the tool allows clients to log in and find a CANCEL button to withdraw the appointment.
