What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how easy to use this tool is. Booking appointments is easier with it, and it comes with alert features, so I get reminded of appointment updates from time to time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This is not a dislike, but I wish they will add a feature to allow editing text reminders sent to recipients and allow those recipients to acknowledge appointments through replies.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Setmore helps us easily book appointments and allow clients to make the booking on their own. All the features that come with the tool are amazing, and integrating it with our site is not a problem at all.
