What are the best aspects of this product?

Setmore comes with a great user interface, and it is easy to use. The tool easily syncs with my calendar tool and keeps everything organized. Booking appointments are error-free, and processing the payments is secure with Stripe. I also like that it comes with a mobile app that I can use anywhere so that I can stay on top of everything. I can also give clients appointment reminders through text notifications. The software also sends out email notifications to account owners so they will be updated about the account activity.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Multiple appointments cannot be booked at the same time. I also need to check my account numerous times to make sure the update reflects when I sync the calendar. I also need more options to customize calendar designs and layouts.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Setmore, we can easily link our calendar to email newsletters, websites, flyers, and social media accounts. The tool lets us manage all the booking processes in a centralized location without any trouble. I saved a lot of time and keep everything organized with this tool. Not only we’re using this tool for clients’ booking purposes, but also business internal appointment needs.
