What are the best aspects of this product?

We use Setmore to integrate with other online platforms, such as our website and Facebook page. We can even generate a link to redirect customers to our website from emails, trade shows, and flyers. Booking a new appointment is easy. The software offers guidelines, so we can easily navigate the interface and menu options, providing us a unique user experience and meeting the needs of our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish Setmore can be more flexible when it comes to providing customizing options. Yes, it offers customization functionality for the data and layout of calendars, but I wish they can be more personalized.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Setmore eliminates the need to set in-person bookings as everything can be done online. With online transactions, I get the chance to make more bookings. Everything from bookings to meetings is done seamlessly with this powerful tool. I can also keep clients’ contact data so that I can communicate with them for follow-ups. Clients, on the other hand, can do the same since my contact details are provided to them.
