What are the best aspects of this product?

Setmore is easy to set up and easy to use. It can be integrated with our website and social media page. Its interface is easy to understand. I also appreciate the customer support as they are very responsive and quick whenever we have questions. Our clients even appreciate this tool we’re using in booking appointments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Setmore comes with a feature that allows viewing of one member’s weekly schedule—and it’s limiting on that. I wish the tool could also allow a weekly view of all our staff and see everyone’s schedule on a single page.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Setmore, we’re able to save more time. Our business has a large customer base, and each client wishes to book appointments according to their preferred dates. With it, we reduce telephone calls as clients can now book appointments online.
