What are the best aspects of this product?

Setmore makes scheduling appointments easier and more convenient than ever. I like that it provides clients an email confirmation when the appointment is done, and from there, they can either move the date or cancel the appointment. It also includes appointment reminders through text and email. The pricing models are good, and the reporting feature saves us a lot of time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Setting up group sessions is available but can’t be rescheduled or canceled through email. No text or email reminder is even available for this kind of appointment. In the email, no contact info is available; it only shows the admin email and not the email of the personal service provider. This means a service provider won’t receive the clients’ feedback when they have concerns.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Setmore, we have eliminated the need to receive and send out lots of emails from and to our clients. This process saves us an ample of time doing the scheduling process. I get good reporting with this tool and able to monitor and check appointments with clients.
