What are the best aspects of this product?
The interface is AMAZING and extremely easy! In fact, I have never EVER had such a smooth and easy experience on a platform like this. Thumbs up for the excellence and the excellent quality video. The organization, tutorials, layout... are all outstanding!!! Even the rendering time was decent. My rating is based solely on the lack of options for my specific needs, not the company overall.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The template choices are extremely limited for authors, religious educators and artists. I think they had three (and only two were usable for my purposes). Very disappointing. Through the deal I received, if you edit a video you have finalized... it costs you a credit to go back and make changes to that same video -- even if its a single word. While you can customize the audio, the customization is limited to audio that you upload. Shakr does not offer users the option of looking through an audio gallery and exchanging audio files. For the price, you would think that would be available as music "of your choice" is pretty important to "your" video. So as of Dec. 2017, be aware of this.

More templates for authors, artists.
Ability to customize music through a library on Shakr for lower costs.
Ability to edit text after finalizing a video.
Ability to add more text in video. I didn't have space to even put my entire NAME on a slide because it was too long. Isn't that crazy?
