It's secure, and has the basic functions of any membership database
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Shelby systems is perpetually 10 years behind the times when it comes to interface and basic features. The whole thing feels like it was designed in 2001.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Better calendar, open API, web 2.0 experience, better mobile apps, more integration with third party products, better over all design.
