What are the best aspects of this product?

Shiftboard significantly helped us in managing more than 500 workers. We can effectively manage their profiles and schedules now using single software. It definitely eliminates scheduling errors and conflicts. I also commend Shiftboard's amazing customer service!

Some parts of Shiftboard are not customizable which is not really helpful for backend users.

Shiftboard streamlines our people management process. We no longer have to send thousands of emails to our employees just to assigned and confirm schedules. It's easily accessible online so everyone can see their schedule in real-time.
