What are the best aspects of this product?

This is an all-in-one and centralized software that makes the job of HR admins like me so much easier. Scheduling shifts can be done in a breeze while just using a single software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's difficult to use at first especially the custom reporting. Adding fields is a bit tricky.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We used to have a lot of call-outs and no shows among our staff since keeping track of everyone's schedule is not really easy. With this app, everyone gets reminded automatically of their schedules through online notifications. It significantly reduced absences.
