What are the best aspects of this product?

Shiftboard makes it easier for me to track my schedule. It allows you to change your schedule and trade it for another shift. You can easily do it, without going through the hassle of communicating with too many people.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A "shift" in this app is 30 minutes long, so it's a bit laborious to schedule long hours. To schedule a shift, you have to undergo the process of selecting, confirming, and reserving. So if 1 shift is equal to 30 minutes, I have to undergo the process 6 times, if I want to do a 3-hours shift.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This app has been a big help in scheduling and finding the right working hours. Before this app, I had to do it manually which takes time. Now, I can schedule in just a few clicks.
